Nathan’s Work

“When I first started training with Ryan I was seriously underweight, completely addicted to sugar and my self-confidence was non-existent. I’d never even set foot in a gym and so that was a pretty daunting prospect. But from the day I met Ryan it was clear he knew exactly what to do to help. He boosted my confidence and motivation from the very first session, transformed my diet and completely changed my mind-set – making me realise that I could achieve things I never thought I’d be able to.

 

Straight away I started to see amazing results. In every session Ryan always pushes you to make as much progress as possible, adapting and improving your techniques all the time to make sure you get the most out of training and in just a few months he helped me overcome a bad shoulder injury I’d been struggling with for years. Ryan makes every session great fun and most importantly he genuinely cares about making sure you achieve your goals. His positivity is infectious and he hasn’t just helped me transform my body but also make so many other positive changes in my life. Training with Ryan has been one of the best things I’ve ever done.

 

A year on, with Ryan’s help I’m stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident than I ever thought I’d be. I know together we’ll continue to make even more progress. I can’t recommend him highly enough.”
